A small change | SIMPLE BOOKMARK + blue octopus
Hey y'all!! I figured I'd better hop over here and write up a quick update while I am logged onto the computer. How are y'all?? What's been up recently?
Crocheting is going good. I just finished a big baby blanket.. and I would post pics but sadly haven't gotten any yet. The other week I went through everything and gave a few things away. (no worries tho, if you want something I'll make it for you ;D) I made an ADORBS octopus and learned the super simple secret to the curly cues..hence making it even more adorable!!Other than that, I'm working on a blue baby romper, another pair of finger-less gloves, and a cute little amigurumi surprise. :D
So.. enough rambling. Whats 'changing'?
Well, I've decided that I'm gonna move it up to 50% of all profit goes to my >Missions< jar. I have $60 so far, which is pretty good, but considering just how much I need it can also be discouraging.
I'm not going on the mission trip this May, sadly. I really wanted to, but it just wasn't the right timing. I know the Lord will make a way tho. <33 And til then, anything that you buy, I'll put half of the money made in my jar!! Please feel free to email me if you want something that you don't see here, or if you have questions, etc.

An item of my item invention. (Don't really have a proper name for it yet)
So yeah. Basically it's like a mat thing, like something for a chest. That's what I did with it. 😛 But it could be used as a small rug or table placement. Since it was a hard stitch, used a ton of yarn and was hard to make, I'll price it at :

Around my house things have been busy. School is going great and so the littles are learning so much! Caden (pictured below) has read 2 books this week, for the first time ever! He did so great and it's really improving everyday. 💙
We've also been going to the creek a lot, which is tons of fun!

Before I tell you all about this awesome little item I have here, can we all just agree that my little sister is the most adorable thing on this entire planet????? SHE IS TOO CUTE. <333
Anyhoo, this thingy here is what I call, an Egg Apron. If you have laying hens, then this would make the funnest gift for one of your siblings!! My siblings love to go out and collect eggs, but sometimes find it hard to carry all of them. That sure won't be a problem anymore!!
This pattern came to my attention through a sweet friend of mine, who asked if I could make it for her. I;'m all finished and will be sending it as soon as we go to town!! :D
